Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
· Highly scented flowers are not welcome in most hospitals. Substitutions may be made in keeping with hospital policies.
· Flowers, containers and food items shown are not always available, and we will substitute as closely as we can, while maintaining the integrity of the design, and ensuring full value.
· If you have selected a particular type of plant or an arrangement of all one type of flower, we may substitute colour if necessary, but if the product is unavailable, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss your options. If we are not able to reach you before the requested delivery time, a substitution will be made so your order is delivered on time
