Light:
Place in a location with medium to low light. Variegated varieties need only light shade.
Water:
Water regularly from spring to autumn allowing the top 1-2 inches of soil to dry slightly in between waterings. Do not let the plant sit in water. Water more sparingly in winter. Mist foliage frequently as this plant loves high humidity!
Temperature:
Average room temperatures. Winter minimum of 15℃.
Fertilizer:
Feed from spring to autumn while the plant is young. Older plants only need fertilizing once or twice a year during the growing season.
Potting:
Chinese evergreen does best in shallow pots. They are slow-growing so re-pot only when necessary in spring.
