Flower Arrangement Care
Arrangements delivered in a vase:
In order to ensure your flowers last as long as possible we suggest to have stems re-cut and vase filled with clean tepid water and floral preservatives every other day. Remove any foliage that will be below the waterline. Clean water and fresh cut stems are the most effective way to have your flowers last.
Arrangements delivered in floral foam:
Check water levels daily and have foam kept saturated. Having water levels kept high is the best way to ensure your flowers will last longer.
Display flowers in a cool location, away from drafts, heat sources and direct sunlight.
Hand Tied Bouquet Care
Upon arrival remove cello packaging that has been filled with water by simply snipping the cello with scissors to release the water over a sink. Remove any foliage that will be below the waterline. Re-cut stems on an angle and fill a vase with clean tepid water and add floral preservatives following manufacturer’s directions. Some flowers like tulips and calla lilies do not prefer floral preservatives.
Flowers should be re-cut and placed in fresh water every other day.
