Oxalis/Shamrock
Light:
Bright indirect light is best for Oxalis plants, they are not well suited to low light conditions.
Water:
Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out halfway down between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light.
Temperature:
65°F-85°F (18°C-30°C). It’s best not to let it go below 60°F (15°C).
Fertilizer:
Feed once a month in the spring and summer with an all-purpose fertilizer.
Toxicity:
Oxalis are considered toxic to humans and pets if ingested.
Dormancy:
If your indoor oxalis begins to lose all of its leaves, don’t panic. It’s just entering a period of dormancy (which usually lasts for a month or two) so it can conserve energy for a new flush of growth. During this time, you can move your plant into a dark place, reduce watering, and stop fertilizing until you see new growth begin.
